WCPA urges injunction and law enforcement against violators of world law in regard to the continuing threats and aggressions worldwide. Military attacks and sanctions are not lawful responses to insecurity. There is no statute of limitations in world cases and these cases are and will be under review. Individuals are accountable. (Examples: Military associated murders in Ecuador, Iraq, Palestine.)
The World Constitution and Parliament Association is an organization responsible to orchestrate logistics for convening a series of World Constituent Assemblies for drafting a Constitution for the Federation of Earth, for holding sessions of a provisional World Parliament, and for the convening of a Founding Ratification Convention, to obtain official preliminary national ratification of this Earth Constitution by a minimum of approximately 25 national governments. The Constitution for the Federation of Earth is posted by links below in eight common world languages. It is in process of digital publication in several other languages.
